Fights use an HP system (think stamina).
Both fighters start at 1,000hp.
If the attacker rolls higher than the defender, the difference is subtracted from the defender's hp.
If the defender rolls higher than the attacker, then the attack is defended and no points are taken.
First to 0 hp loses.
Fights run on a 30 Minute Timer, with the most damage inflicted deciding the winner unless the fighters wish to declare a draw.We also stress that while we welcome bloodshed here, the defender always chooses how badly they are struck, within reason. Ignoring a loss of significant HP as a "glance" is bad ettiquette.Attackers call where they are aiming, but it's up to the defender how the blow lands.
Defenders are welcome and encouraged to base this severity on how much HP they lose.--------------------------------------------------------------
